  11. How do I enter the draw?
  12. To enter, entrants must undertake the following steps during the Promotional Period:

    1. Purchase any one specially marked jar of Nutella from a Store during the Promotional Period (Qualifying Purchase)
    2. Scratch the panel on the lid sticker of the Nutella jar to reveal the Unique Code
    3. Visit www.nutella.com/win and follow the prompts to the promotion entry page
    4. Input the Unique Code and requested details (including full name, email address, phone number, country of residence and store of Qualifying Purchase)
    5. Submit the fully completed online entry form.
  13. What do I need to purchase to participate in this promotion?
  14. To be eligible to enter, entrants must purchase any one specially marked 750g or 1kg jar of Nutella from a Store. Specially marked jars may be available to purchase prior to the promotion commences; however, you cannot enter outside of the promotion period.

  15. How can I tell if my entry has been received?
  16. You will receive an on-screen confirmation message on the promotional website after you have entered your details, acknowledging that your entry has been received. You will also be notified by email and phone if you are a winner.

  17. I made a Nutella purchase and cannot register?
  18. Unfortunately, entries can only be made during the promotional period. If you are having issues during the promotional period, please contact us here.

  19. When will the draws be run?
  20. There will be one draw for 500 winners conducted at the conclusion of this promotion. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions for more details.

  21. How do I claim a Prize?
  22. Winners will be notified by email and phone within seven business days of the draw, and their names will be published on the website from 01/03/23.

  23. When do I need to claim my Prize by?
  24. All Prizes must be claimed by 1:30pm (AEST) (3:30pm (NZST)) on 12/05/23.

  25. How will I receive my Prize and How long will it take to receive my prize?
  26. Your prize will be mailed to the postal address provided in your entry form. Delivery timeframe dependent on Australia Post guidelines at the time of the promotion.

  27. Can I enter more than once on the same day?
  28. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following:

    • Only one entry permitted per Qualifying Purchase;
    • Each entry much be submitted separately in accordance with entry requirements
    • Only one entry permitted per unique code;
    • Maximum of two entries per person per day is permitted
  29. Do I need to keep my receipt?
  30. You must retain your promotional product receipt/s for all claims as proof of purchase.

  33. When is the unclaimed prize draw held?
  34. A draw for any prize/s which are unclaimed by the Prize Claim Date may take place amongst all nonwinning entries on 2:30pm (AEST) (4:30pm (NZST)) on 15/05/23 at the same location as the original draws. You must ensure you keep your proof of purchase should you be a second draw winner.

  35. How do I know if I have won in the unclaimed prize draw?
  36. Any winner/s will be notified by phone and in writing within two days of determination and will be published on the Website on 16/05/23.

  37. I entered my unique code on the website, however it was rejected.
  38. Please make sure that you haven’t already submitted an entry with that unique code, as codes can only be used once. If you’ve double checked your code carefully and are still experiencing issues, please take a screenshot of the page with the error message and state the unique code that you are trying to enter to consumercare.aus@ferrero.com. A representative from Ferrero will be in touch within 48 hours once we receive this from you.

  39. I purchased a specially marked Nutella jar but the unique code panel is already scratched off.
  40. Please contact the Ferrero Consumer Service team at consumercare.aus@ferrero.com and email across a photo of the scratched panel and the team can provide a replacement code.

  41. Where can I find the Unique Code?
  42. The unique code is located on the lid sticker on the outside of the specially marked Nutella jar. Scratch the panel on the lid sticker to reveal the Unique Code.
